Heard an interesting stat today (almost mind-boggling in fact):

The Broncos defense has given up only 7 total second half points this season and have yet to give up a 3rd down conversion at all in the second half.

That is impressive, I knew how good they have been in the second half but I had no idea they had yet to give up a 3rd down conversion.

My prediction:

Broncos 31
Chargers 21

1st Quarter:
The Chargers will have first possession, the first play of the game will be a rush up the middle for -2 yards. Then the second play will be pass play where Rivers has to get rid of the ball. The third play will be a dink play to Sproles for 5 yards, then punt.

The Broncos will score a touchdown on their first possession.

The score by half will be 21-7 Broncos.

First play in the half by the Chargers will be a rush up the middle, only the second running play called by the Chargers all game.

The Chargers will score two touchdowns in the second-half via the deep ball. However, the Broncos would have extended the lead to 28-7 before that happens.

The Broncos will drive down the Chargers defense throat in the 4th quarter when the Chargers defense needs a stop the most and end up getting a field goal that seals the deal.

LT will only have 3 rushes for 7 yards and people clamoring he's done.
The Chargers will only have 5 rushing plays called all game.

Chargers are going to get smoked. They are just not that good this year.

Only Phillip Rivers and the receivers have shown up this season.

Hoping Denver wins but I can see them losing.

Even though I think Philip Rivers is a great qb, the guy to me comes off as a douche and I just had a dream where he was in my home with some of his friends and was trying to mack out Gina Carano who also seemed to live in my house and some of his friends went through some of my personal stuff. That pissed me off and I could sense she got sick of his crap so I had to kick him out by saying he is good but he'll never have the class of even Peyton's junk. Gina was happy about this and we somehow ended up together on the run from some cops.

Dreams are weird....but I like when they involve Gina in any way. hehe
