Yeah your right, its not like these 2 teams havent played in the playoffs almost every year and in the past decade havent been on top of the AFC.

Re: Week 10: Sunday Night Football - NE @ IND

The Pats offense has been inconsistent this year. I am scared to death of Indy's two DE's... Brady is not a great QB when he is consistently pressures. (Who is?) However, I think the Pats might be able to run up the middle a bit, if the DE's are going to rush up the field.

Indy being at home is a HUGE plus for them. I'm not sure the pats win this. I am predicting a 10 point Colts win, which will make my Monday morning blow...

However, if the Pats can pull this out, I see it as a huge momentum builder, carrying them all the way to the SB.

BTW, anyone who thinks that this rivalry is media created doeasn't understand what a rivalry is, or doesn't actually watch NFL football. I am pumped for tonight!

Go Pats!!

This a game of the year canidate. It seems Both teams are starting to peak. I do think the Colts missing 3 startes n the secondary will hurt but I'm not sure how much. It certainly will be interesting to see Sebastan Vollmer go up against Dwight Freenery. Vollmer is a big guy but has a wide base and actually can move some. Iam really having trouble trying to predict a score here. I do think the Pats D will do everything in their power to cover Wayne and Clark and see if Garson and Collie can beat them. I do expect the Pats to be in pass rush mode on defense most of the time so don't expect Vince Wilfork to have a big game. Going to be close, you can count on that.

Re: Week 10: Sunday Night Football - NE @ IND

I heard a stat on the radio this week that makes me think the Pats won't send too many blitzes tonight. In the last 104 games, Manning has been sacked 104 times. That's pretty remarkable. To me, that shows that even if you blitz, you might get Manning once. How often does Manning hurt you when you blitz? I'm betting it's a lot more than once per game. He's just too smart and gets rid of the ball too quick for blitzes to be effective. I look for the Pats limit blitzing, big time. Maybe they'll use them as a change of pace type of thing, but not much more.

Of course, watching the Pats over the past 8 years has taught me to expect nothing. For all I know, they'll blitz every play!

I don't usually go with the hype and watch these "big time" matchups in the regular season but I think i'll be watching this game. It's gonna be a close game and I kinda see the Colts pulling off the win for some reason even though they have no running game to speak of.

Tony Dungy is schooling Rodney Harrison in the pre game show.

Hope the Pats get beat down tonight.
