From my team's (the Packers) standpoint, I understand taking Mattews again but this time at 9. I don't, however, understand why a team with one of the deeper WR corps in the league would burn a first rounder on Austin Collie, especially when they lead the league in sacks allowed that year.

Comment away...

Ray Maualuga still? I think in this do-over, the Chargers have to go line, not 3-4 ILB. B.J. Raji please.

Re: SI's 2009 NFL Draft Do-Over

I actually wanted Hakeem Nicks. I wasn't surprised with us taking Donald Brown, though, nor was I upset. I either wanted Nicks, McCoy, Harvin, Peria Jerry(or Raji, some mock drafts had him falling to us), or Donald Brown with our first pick. But Nicks was definitely my top choice.

Corner was a need before the draft and all these injuries are showing that Malcolm was the right choice. I sure as hell wouldn't want to be starting Leigh Torrance instead of Malcolm Jenkins.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Why would Miami pick Sean Smith when they picked him in the 2nd round?

Because if they did the draft over again Sean Smith wouldn't last in to the 2nd round.

I don't know about the Lions not taking Stafford in a re-do.
