The selection process for the cfb series is limited by two factors:

• The market for cfb figs is comparatively small, so TMP isn't going to invest the time or money in producing new sculpts. That means they will only make repaints of previously issued NFL versions;
• The individual player likenesses are licensed thru TMP's agreement w/the NFLPA, but the school colors and logos have to licensed individually. This is apparently the biggest hurdle in producing cfb figs, and unfortunately means that some seemingly obvious choices (i.e. USC Bush, Palmer or Leinert , ND Brady Quinn, etc.) won't get made any time soon because the cost would be prohibitive.
