Eh i guess i'll be the first guy to actually answer the question. I would choose Vick. Now I fully understand that Ben was not charged with rape but I believe he did rape her. OP who would you choose?

Since this thread surprisingly hasn't been locked yet, my answer, if I really had to choose 1, would be Mike Vick as well. It at least seems like he learned his lesson. With Ben, it seems like he's learned nothing from previous mistakes.
