Re: 2010 NFL Coverage Map

hopefully with the flex scheduling and how good the raiders have been playing, i'll be able to see some raiders games this season instead of getting stuck with most of the east-coast games!

SMH for them not flexing the Giants-Cowboys game. This ain't 2007 no more and nobody wants to watch an awful Dallas team get embarrassed again by the Giants.

I feel you, but I'm hoping it continues for the Cowboys/Colts game in a few weeks. It's the late game on FOX and in all likelihood I should get it. If they flex it, then I probably won't. lol.

Anyway, rather meh weekend of football for me.. TEN/MIA, CAR/TB, DAL/NYG

Only game I'll really watch is TEN/MIA just to see how the Titans utilize Randy Moss. Hoping for a Titans loss as well.

They can't flex a game until Week 11. Besides, the flex game is only valid for Sunday Night Football.

Guarantee you that Week 11 (Giants vs Eagles), Week 12 (Chargers vs Colts), Week 13 (Steelers vs Ravens), and Week 15 (Packers vs Patriots), won't get flexed at all.

Best bet is Week 14 (Eagles vs Cowboys) and Week 16 (Chargers vs Bengals) to be flexed along with Week 17 (TBD)

No they can flex any game. Last year Vikings/Packers was flexed from 1pm to 4:15.

EDIT: NFL Flex scheduling rules: http://www.nfl.com/schedules/tv/flexible

Sunday afternoon games, as in the past, can still be moved between 1:00 and 4:05 or 4:15 p.m. ET.

My apologies.

For ratings sake, I can't imagine they'd take the Cowboys out of the 3pm slot for the simple fact that there's plenty of Cowboys fans that'd still watch and others who'd watch simply to see them fail.

That's my feeling too in regards to the Cowboys/Colts game. They are still the Cowboys and draw a bigger audience than any team in the NFL. Hopefully it doesn't get flexed, for my sake at least. You guys may not enjoy it, but who cares about you guys right?

Re: 2010 NFL Coverage Map

At this point, Dallas has become one of my favorite teams to watch.

Mostly because it's like watching a 3 hour episode of Jackass. It's just a bunch of guys doing stupid things and hurting themselves. Of course the Jackass guys literally hurt themselves, whereas the Cowboys just metaphorically hurt their team.
