This will be a tough game, the Jags did poorly on the west coast last year and the Chargers will be playing with fire to avoid an 0-2 start.

The Jaguars ST might repeat what KC did if Karim and McGee are healthy, and MJD could have a big game.

For the Jaguars to have a good game their safeties need to play well, they can't afford to let Gates take over the middle of the field.

I didn't watch the SD/KC game. Were the Chargers not very good on special teams?

The defense has to come out firing on all cylinders. Orton is good, but Rivers is an elite quarterback. If we can get in his face early, and kock him down, maybe get a few sacks, we can let the offense get a lead and then play with that lead.

Garrard's going to have to have an efficient game again. Very glad to see 16-21 and 3 TDs last week... he just can't throw stupid passes that lead to interceptions.

And of course, the team has got to be ready to play when they come onto the field. Another performance like we had last year against Seattle will quickly kill hopes for Jaguar fans, even though we only have one trip to the west coast this year.

It wasn't the Chargers ST looked bad, the Chiefs are just explosive in that category.
