Week 5 Chiefs @ Colts

Well week one we had no business beating the Chargers but we did, yet it was not because of the team, it was because of the weather. Even though both teams had to play in the same conditions, it was the reason for the win.

Week two we were supposed to beat the Browns and did, but it was the Browns so the Chiefs still didn't get a look.

Week 3 the 49er's mighty defense run by Mike Singletary was suppose to shut us down, yet we put a beat down on them, still the Chiefs got no respect at all. They are not that good because the 49ers are not who we thought they were.

Now it's week 5 and we face arguably the best QB in the league. If the Chiefs go into Indy and win this one will they get any respect at all or will it just be a win because the Colts have a of of injuries or are declining? If the Chiefs lose it will be everyone saying "I told you they were a fluke".

I'm not saying the Chiefs, who won 6 games in the past two seasons is superbowl bound, but I am saying from what I've seen so far from this team they can beat the Colts this week. It's not going to be easy, Manning will get his yards, but the Chiefs take this one in a nail biter. Oh and still get no respect.

Chiefs 27 - 24

Re: Week 5 Chiefs @ Colts

Ugh, the Chiefs homers have woken up from their coma of 3 years now it seems.

Week 1, a pass heavy team with one of the top QB's in the game, was dominating the Chiefs until a monsoon came to Arrowhead stadium.

Weeks 2 and 3, the Chiefs beat crappy teams.

If the Chiefs do beat the Colts, then I'd have to give them respect for that. However, I don't think they will. The Colts are very beatable, and if the Broncos could've actually scored in the red zone, would've beaten them this year. However, I don't think the Colts will lose this game at home after that Jaguars loss. That team will come out firing and I feel Manning will have a field day.

Man, I want the Colts to win this game so the KC fans at my job can shut up about them being the only underfeated team left.

Shoot, the whole city is saying that..want something to shut them up..if u don't know, I live in Kansas City

The Colts will spank the Chiefs by 20+, especially coming off of a loss last weekend.

Send the Chiefs spiraling back down to earth please.

As much as I would love to see KC beat the Colts it wouldn't be good for the Chargers with already a 2 game lead on SD. So please Colts...no mercy or at least just beat them.

The line on this game is like 7 points--this the LOCK OF THE YEAR. Colts win by 21. Only way Chiefs stay close is if the special teams and Jamal Charles have ridiculous days. If I was in Vegas I'd be putting a grand on this game, lol--I live in KC and watch all their games, and there is no way the Chiefs stay anywhere close to the Colts barring a miracle.
