Bolt's top speed was something around 27.5 mph, his average was 23.3 mph. Regardless of who did it, that's still pretty amazing.

ESPN said they clocked CJ Spiller at 28 MPH in College a couple years ago. I don't know if it's true. Knowing ESPN, it isn't.

One time I was on a run and saw one of those MPH radar detectors which display the speed of cars.

I sprinted by it and it registered 18 MPH haha...I'm dead serious.

Yeah these times for the players are being measured at short distances anywhere from 20-40 yds i assume

Bolt runs a 4.5 40. But his 100 time kills everyone, and dominates NFL players like Michael Jordan compared to Joe Alexander.
