Week 16: St. Louis Rams vs. San Francisco 49ers

The playoffs have started in the NFC West as this is a must win for both teams if they want to stay alive and face the unrelenting tsunami waves of criticism by all the haters if they reach the playoffs.

I was upset to learn that Troy Smith would be starting this week for SanFran as he absolutely torched the Rams in the first meeting.

The Rams defense has been playing fairly well all season but Bradford and the Rams offense have been trudging out on the field, dropping the trousers, and laying steamy soft-serve on the field the past couple weeks. If the offense can turn it around and put some points up I think the Rams can win.

Rams--27
49ers--21

Divisions standings

Rams 6-8 (2-2)
Seahawks 6-8 (3-2)
49ers 5-9 (3-1)
Cardinals 4-10 (1-4)

The Cards have officially been eliminated. I'm just glad the Rams control there own destiny at this point, win these last two games and they're in, lose to the 49ers and then it gets complicated.

I'm just excited for playoff atmosphere football for the Rams even if it's the worst division in football (at the moment) it's exciting in it's mediocrity.

That was one game, their worst game all season.

Everyone drops a Turd every once in awhile, see New England @ Cleveland.

The Rams will go into this game fueled by their desire to beat the 49ers, eliminating them from playoff contention, and doing so infront of a home crowd in St. Louis.

Rams win, I GUARANTEE it. Put that in your book and publish it.
