Re: 2011 NFL Coaching Carousel

I really thought Mularkey could have been a good coach for the Bills during his time there. Supposedly the biggest problem was that his kids were treated like **** in school by pretty much everyone in the area and he wanted out and it wasn't like he was doing a great job anyway so Buffalo didn't mind moving on. I think he said he wanted to wait for his kids to get a little older before trying to be a head coach again so I guess he's decided he's waited long enough? I don't really have an article or anything that says that stuff, that's just what I remember hearing around the time that he was with Buffalo.

It should also be noted that he had JP Losman and Kelly Holcomb as his QBs. Hard to be a good coach with ****ty QB's.

The Dolphins are doing Sparano dirty. If Harbaugh comes to Miami, Sparano is gone, if not, he stays. Crazy.

Interesting.. Caught this on Twitter.

I know he said he was interested in being the defensive coordinator.

That would be a huge get for the Texans. Phillips is a fantastic D-coordinator.
