Ed Reed's brother missing, jumped in river.

I just came across this story when I was doing a search on Ed Reed. My intention was to check his career stats but this story was all over the Google search. Not sounding good but I hope the guy is ok. Sad story.

Why would the brother of an NFL star be stealing cars? Maybe they weren't close? Maybe Ed Reed did everything he could for his family, but some just couldn't pull themselves away from the streets? I don't know man...tragic yet stupid. Jumping into a river in the cold dead of winter?

Man I hope this comes out to be a good ending. Until all the facts come out I will just keep my thoughts to myself.

Why would an NFL star QB gamble on dog fighting and take part in it? Some people cant move on, they just remain who theya re and never change even when they have multiple ways out.

Wow that's sad to hear. Hopefully he's alright and they find him alive.

I second JBH3's comments as well.

It does seem like he made some not smart decisions, but that's just apart of life I suppose.

Such for Ed Reed tho pretty good guy you don't ever hear much negative things about
