It also applies with the rookies. If they don't report to camp by Aug. 4th (or thereabouts) with a deal then they have to wait ANOTHER year for Free Agency (after 5th season)

I think the whole Player X holding out on a team drama will be one of the best things to disappear in the next 10 years.
