Well, its not like he went in the club with that gun in his pants with the intention of hurting others. He was carrying to protect himself. Or thats what he says. All these athletes that get busted with guns on them just need to hire a bodyguard and they wouldn't have to worry about catching a charge. How hard is it to hire a reliable bodyguard when you make millions of dollars? smh....

There is absolutely no defense for:

1. taking a gun in a club
2. taking a loaded gun in a club
3. taking a loaded gun in a club while wearing sweat pants
4. wearing sweat pants in a club

Anyone who does any of the above (even to protect themselves) deserves to be called an idiot no matter what.

lol, I actually thought about the safety too when I was making the post. I think, imo anyway, if you think it's a smart move to carry a loaded gun in your sweat pants into a crowded place, it's pretty much a given you have the safety off... probably don't even know what a safety is.
