A move that should've probably happened long ago(let AJ Smith go).

I wonder why they don't just let Norv/AJ go now since the "word" is already out there that they're not coming back next year?

And when considering AJ Smith's replacement, just make sure Mr. Vincent Cerrato is not considered.

Finally, hope they get a competent replacement. I wonder if Jax will attempt to recruit him?
Kinda think he should go to team with bad offense as coordinator, or the Bears who might lose Mike Martz.
