49ers (11-3) @ Seahawks (7-7)

I'm pretty worried about this one. Seattle is playing well and it's a tough place to play at. If the Niners win, they should give them the 2nd seed in the NFC, as I don't see them losing @ St. Louis the following week, although anything can happen.

I was going to post this before the 9ers/Steelers game but that thread got so heated (and I'd love seeing the 9ers do well), but I think the Seahawks win this game. I expect the 9ers to be mentally and physically spent after playing the Steelers. The Seahawks are playing better each week, they're at home and this is a huge division game.

I've got the Hawks in a close one.

I'm picking the Lions to collapse and the Seahawks to make the playoffs so I think Seattle wins this one. Niners are coming off a short week and a big win and have to go play in one of the toughest plays to play against one of the hottest teams in the NFL right now.

Who would have thought this game would be so anticipated prior to the season? How crazy would it be if TWO NFC West teams made it into the playoffs!?

I don't know who wins, but it should be a very close and entertaining game. Definitely planning on watching this one.

We all know how much better Seattle plays at home. I'm going with Seattle here an I believe Lynch will be the first HB to get a rushing TD this year on the 49ers. Pete Carroll is doing a damn good job in Seattle his first two years.

I was worried about this one too remembering the week 1 game was close and the Seahawks have a streak going. However Lynch was held to 33 yards on 13 carries in that week 1 game and the streak is against the Eagles (with Young),Rams and Bears. Lynch only had 42 yards on 20 carries against da Bears last week and has never scored a TD against the 49ers. It also appears Jackson is playing hurt. Willis might be coming back. Then they went and gave the 9ers bulletin board material today.

24-10 49ers

Please any team but Seattle, now I have to go look at play off scenarios to make sure the Saints don't have to pay them in the Wild Card.....

From 2-6 to still being in the playoff race week 17?

Thanks for the holiday gift Coach Carroll.
