The Panthers just have ugly uniforms to begin with. This won't help

First move should be changing the helmet color. I'd go the bold route and choose the blue but make it a metallic blue.

I'd then change the jersey blue to that metallic blue but keep it within the same scheme. Too many silver/black helmets out there!

there are 6 teams with blue helmets, 5 with silver and 4 with black. Changing from silver to blue because there are "too many" silver helmets doesnt make any sense.

Except the blue he suggested comes in a completely different shade unlike the silver, so your argument doesn't really apply well here.

I don't necessarily agree with his changes, but its not as black and white as you make it seem.

I think the Panthers need a new logo of some kind but the actual uniform isn't so bad. I was never a fan of the black jerseys as they're worn today (except when Vinny Testeverde wore them and actually had sleeves) but I do like the electric blue alts and think they should employ that look full time.
