I am not sure what you're expecting. A first year starter to make no dumb plays? You gain zero by playing Hasselbeck at this point.
I believe Hasselbeck would have ate the sack.

We were 9-7 last year with Hasselbeck starting, he deserved to have a chance to keep his job for the beginning of the year. If after 8 weeks with Hasselbeck we were doing terrible, the yeah...put in Locker for the second half of the season. He still would get plenty of quality experience for 8 games that didn't really matter. But whose to say, given the 9-7 record last year, the titans couldnt have done as well or better...

Unless they reevaluate things before next week, we're never gonna know how well the team could have been.

If were were gonna be awful either way Locker would get starts later in the season, no harm no foul.

Phillip doesn't care, he'll throw to Green for big gains as well.

I see Green getting some action. Man I really need to get that sunday ticket with direct tv. Job is cutting into to many missed Charger games. Ugh....

What do you gain by playing Hasselbeck? Does Hasselbeck make this team a SB contender?

Ingram and Phillips. I expect to hear those names quite a bit.
