How bad will the Jags loose this week? last time we traveled West we lost 41-0 to Seattle.

We have to improve at some point. Come on Gabbert!

Jacksonville seems terrible this year. I cannot say that for certain as I have not seen them play but looking at scores and box scores it looks bad. The Raiders are a better team in my opinion and should handle their business this week. The Raiders have been in some tough games, and I just do not think they will let Jacksonville hang around to allow Carson the chance to lose the game.

What's crazy is the offense sucked last ear but the defense was damn good in Jacksonville. This year they are as bad as the offense. I think they just gave up due to the offense being pathetic.

I'm wondering if that has to do with coaching/play calls. The defense is missing their best player in Smith, but the rest of the defense has been upgraded or the same guys as last year. Last year the Jags had terrible DBs out there and yet they were better.

So it makes me think the way Mularkey wants the defense to play has changed. Something is just different.

I've also heard someone make a point of that most teams last year didn't need to score a lot of points to beat the Jags. So their offense just tried to wear the Jags down and play conservative. This year the offense is at least scoring some points, so the teams are attacking more.

Jags going west under Del Rio was terrible. Let's see if Jags can at least change 1 thing from the Del Rio era as the rest of the stuff still looks the same.

I really thought both of these teams would be better. Maybe one of them will breakout this week.
