Problem they may have is, no big time coach is going to come to Dallas and work under Jerry. He's going to be the Al Davis of the new millennium. That's why all the Cowboy fans rumors of Bill Cowher or Jon Gruden coming to Dallas always crack me up. You're going to see a succession of young, inexperienced coaches who will kowtow to Jerry Jones for the forseeable future.
No surprise that our most consistent stretch came with Parcells at the helm.

A large portion of your best contributors on offense came from his tenure. If Jerry would have stepped aside and let Parcells continue to run with the ball so to speak, I think they'd have a much better foundation to their franchise.

I'm still trying to figure out why they were underdogs odds-wise to the Eagles and Cowboys fans seemed so confident going into this game.

I have no idea. I've seen just about every Falcons game. Seen them live once. Watched them in the all 22's. They're better than Dallas in every phase of the game. I am not sure where the confidence came from in the Cowboy fans. Other than Atlanta was due for a stinker.
