Re: Week 10: San Diego Chargers (4-4) @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-4)

Am I crazy for thinking the Bucs are starting to look like a playoff team?

Obviously, it will be the wild card unless the Falcons completely implode, but the way this team has played - it's like a different Bucs team. They have fight, Freeman is showing spunk, and this time it was D/ST scoring and Martin just being "regular".

I'd love see a better pass rush, but right now, overall this is solid for where they are talent-wise, imo.

The Bucs certainly have a playoff caliber offense and special teams.

The defense, on the other hand, ugh!

Their defense and special teams won the game today, not the offense however. Their offense was other than a few drives quite pedestrian today.

My fantasy numbers agree w/ this. But overall, the secondary is pretty bad. Rivers made lots of throws he shouldn't have.

Not sure. Not sure if it's a Rivers problem or a coaching problem. If it is, who out there can they get that is better? Not a great draft for QB's either.
