This tends to be how these seasons go in the Payton/Brees era. We hang around in the playoff chase but have difficulty getting over .500. Still, every team in front and around the Saints in the standings that needed to lose yesterday did end up losing. 9-7 may get it done with the right combination of wins.

Just rewatching some of the game.

Randy Moss has to be one of the best receivers at holding and not getting it called in the league.

He learned all his dirty tricks from the master of the dark arts, Cris Carter. Probably my least favorite player in the history of the NFL.
