Was at work during the game, saw that the Steelers had the ball near the end of the game. I guess Big Ben threw a pick...again. That's three poor games in a row for him, can't help but wonder if that shoulder has been bothering him more than the Steelers and him let on.

Tough way to end the season, got a lot of work to do in the offseason, this team wouldn't have done anything in the playoffs anyways with all these injuries.

Pretty impressed looking at the defensive stats, to only allow one real scoring drive is damn impressive considering the caliber of the Bengals passing offense without the Steelers best cover corner. Offense just completely fell apart in the end of the season though.

Such a fitting way to end the season. Motto of the season?

Missed opportunities

Cortez and Kenan had good games, hopefully Heath isn't hurt too bad. I don't know what is up with Ben, especially with another pick at the end.

I count 9 games that went down to the wire so far this year, and the Steelers are 3-6 in them. In past years it would've been more like 6-3.

It almost seems like Ben has lost some confidence in his throws. It just seems like he hasn't been making his throws with as much confidence since he's come back. I think part of that is his injury and another part is his receivers' inconsistent play.

Obviously he isn't 100%, but again, he never is. Kenan was limping around all day, really like the kid. Troy was playing out of his mind as well.

Heard a stat that since 2000, the Steelers have missed the playoffs every three years.

I'm even happier that UC Bearcat got banned than that the Bengals won the game!
Anyways, it was an ugly, poorly coached game on both sides, but I am happy the Bengals pulled it out. Hopefully the Ravens can lose today and set up a division title week 17 game.
