Here is an aritcle and video about the potential design of the new Falcons stadium that is slated to be completed by the 2017 season. Currently there are two designs.

The Pantheon design is really cool. They could host multiple Super Bowls with a stadium that cool. It seems like that one is going to be a lot more $$$, but if they're close in price why not go for the awesome one?

I really like the designs so far for the new stadium, I just can't figure out why we need a new one. The Georgia Dome isn't that old.

The Pantheon design is dope. I really wish there weren't any domes at all tho.

It's not that old but the traditional domed stadia is a thing of the past. This stadium would presumably have more seating and the games could be played outdoors. I'm sure there are lots of "under the hood" factors as well such ownership and profit on concessions, parking and being able to charge whatever you want for season tickets because of a brand spanking new stadium.
