Week 1: Oakland Raiders @ Indianapolis Colts

Not the game of the week or anything, but I'm looking forward to it!

Colts have made a lot of moves in the offseason. I'm interested in seeing this team. Not only that but how will Andrew Luck look entering his 2nd season?

As far as the Raiders, well, IMO they'll be in the Clowney sweepstakes by seasons end.

I'll be disappointed if the Colts don't win this by a decent margin.

Keep run dmc in check and this should be an easy win.

Looking for Luck to have some big numbers in this one. That Raiders D looks just awful on paper.

Will be interesting to see how Pryor does in his 2nd career start now. I know we're going to suck this year but you just want the young players to show signs of promise.

I'm interested in this also and mostly what his mobility will do to DMC's numbers... since an LB will probably have to start spying Pryor.

Didn't watch much of the Colts this pre season. Did there defense improve any? I think the Raiders might can sneak one in. There isn't much film on Pryor which might be an good thing for the Raiders(Kaep,Wilson,Vick 2010). Then it might be a reason why there isn't much film on him(Tebow,Skelton,Cassel). What I'm trying to imply is this game can be an boom or bust for Pryor no in-between.

The oline for Oakland has looked awful already though. The injury to veldheer was huge. Expect Pryor to be on the run a lot especially if the d gets down early

It's hard to judge how much the defense has really improved based off the preseason. It looks better than last year, which isn't saying much.

I'd have to say that our secondary has seen the biggest improvement, with the signings of Greg Toler and LaRon Landry. We also signed some pretty good DTs who have played well for us throughout the preseason. There were times when we looked like we could be a stout run-stopping D and other times where it looked like the same D that couldn't stop a nosebleed. Pass rushing and stopping the run are still big question marks.

We should be a better defense this year. How much better is the question.

I've got Luck and Wayne in my fantasy team for a reason in this matchup.

Let's have a big day!

Think I'm going to keep a close eye on the Raiders this year, will be interesting to see how much potential Pryor has.
