That's right.

And they're probably better for it. Sanchez is not the answer, anywhere. Fair or not, he is what he is. He could make a career as a backup spot starter, but I think that's it.

Sanchez was fine in 2010. The problem is the Jets got away from running the ball. Sanchez is meant to manage a game, a la Roethelisberger early in his career. They let the running game go down the drain and all of a sudden they needed him to throw the ball 30-40 times a game. Never going to work with Geno either and that game plan. They could away more with Pennington because, although he couldn't throw the ball deep, he was incredibly accurate and you could move the ball. It also didn't hurt that Curtis Martin was around for a chunk of that.

And what the hell is up with all these penalties?

Ok, it serves Rex right that he wasn't able to challenge the fumble, because that first challenge was insane. But that call was horrendous, it was clear as day the ball was out.
