Week 10: Detroit Lions (5-3) @ Chicago Bears (5-3)

Big game this Sunday. Loser drops a game back in the division, possibly to 3rd place. Lions coming in off their bye week while the Bears won their second game against the Packers since 2010 and their first win in Green Bay since 2007 last week.

Hoping we can put more pressure on McCown (Cutler doesn't think he'll be back despite reports of him being healthy, but if he is, then this statement applies as well) than the Redskins or Packers have and force some turnovers. Either way, I expect plenty of Brandon Marshall yards against us.

..its the Lions so of course we'll be facing Cutler. That's just the way it goes when you're a Lions fan. It would surprise me more if he doesn't play.

We'd be dumb to not play our finest football here. This win is crucial, the division is playing right into our hands with Rodgers out and the Bears limping slightly.

The offense needs to get points on the board early and in bunches. If McCown plays, the quicker we get up, the more pressure we can put on them. Forte is a big play guy but we need the Bears to play catchup for the whole game, and that means throwing it. If our D-Line gets pressure like it did last meeting, we should cruise to a nice win.

Even if Cutler plays he may not be 100%. With the injury his just come off the last thing he wants is to be running around the field and getting out of the pocket with pressure in his face. Bears may play it safe for another week.

This is almost a playoff game for us. If we win this our hopes of winning this division become much higher.

I can't imagine Cutler will be 100%. If the Lions can get ahead early and unleash the pass rush, that would be ideal. Just way the teams plays; I can't see it happening though. Lions are gonna fall behind early and have to make a comeback.

Cutler has to be doing a lot better than most of us would figure, given the circumstances, for them to throw him to the Lions so soon..

I really figured they'd take their chances with McCown on account of his decent play and, honestly, the fact that it's the Lions..

Should be fun

Why in the hell are we leaving Cutler in this game? I said it was a bad idea for him to even play in this game in the first place, but to leave him in there and he's clearly not right? WTF?
