Wait a minute...
The first three quarters of it damn sure were, but that has nothing at all to do with THIS game.

Aaron Rodgers is my favorite player that's not on the Bucs and I don't get to see him play in this big game. I don't give a goddamn about the NFC North race in and of itself. That's why it sucks for me.

I think it's nice that lions aren't total jokes anymore. Growing up Barry Sanders was the only reason to watch on Thanksgiving.

Have to go with the Packers this year though. I'm all in on this Matt Flynn thing thanks to Dayman.

Then why are you posting in this thread if you don't care about the game?

All I did was post that Rodgers was already ruled out.

Re: Week 13: Thanksflynning (Packers/Lions)

Lions look to be favored for the first time on Thanksgiving since 2000 when they beat the Patriots 34-9. That was the first game Tom Brady got playing time in.

Re: Week 13: Thanksflynning (Packers/Lions)

I think this could be an interesting matchup. At least Flynn will have a full game to operate and he really does look good in Green Bay. It's almost as if McCarthy knows exactly how to use him and no one else had a clue.

I'll be watching just because it's a tradition and hey, sometimes the thanksgiving games turn out to be a lot more entertaining than they look on paper.
