Yep, the Leafs are the major outlier which is just beyond my comprehension. I mean the Canadiens are like royalty in Montreal but when that team is going through a rough stretch the fans come out with the long knives AND stay home as opposed to Leafs Nation who bitch and complain but the building is full every night. Although, the cracks were starting to show as towards the end of the last really rough patch ticket sales were starting to get impacted, not very much but enough that the Leafs ownership took notice.

Leafs sell out games all the time because you have all these companies buying the expensive tickets(since those are really the only ones who can afford to consistently pay those prices for 41 games a year every year). The "suits" are why the atmosphere in ACC isn't as good as it used to be. The ACC used to be a place where great hockey was played(in the ACCs early years, Leafs made playoffs every single year and even made conference finals) and loud fans were around. Now it's just a place for businesses to take clients to watch average hockey.

A reason why so many people think Toronto shouldn't get a NFL team is cause they ask people from all over the country. Most of those people they ask are either loyal CFL fans, or already fans of another NFL team, so having one in Toronto isn't really something they'd care about. If you were to ask people in Toronto, then more people would care about that.

I said it before, if you give Toronto fans a reason to cheer/support something, they'll be there. Not because people are bandwagon fans, but because they are loyal. I don't see how some people think it's a city that only cares about liking cool things. There's many things many people in the city love that isn't really considered cool by mainstream media.

Great first drive for the Bills and I loved how the defense killed the momentum that Atlanta had on their first possession.

As for the atmosphere? It sounds neutral to me.

EDIT: The seats filled up a bit more after the commercial. BTW Ralph won't cancel the deal because Rogers paid a buttload of money up front. He'd be stupid to say no to added revenue that he couldn't get in Buffalo.
