Romo had back surgery this morning and has been placed on IR.

We're screwed.

Sean Lee has been ruled out; Demarcus Ware had an MRI on his elbow today and has been downgraded to questionable for Sunday.

Don't kid yourself. Foles was garbage before the concussion in that game. I expect a solid performance from the home team. Besides last time I checked its two back up qbs starting this game. Sure the Eagles are hot right now. Then again they got molly whopped by Minn. Dallas should play hard. They might not win but they will not quit. Its not the 49ers, its not Seattle, its the Eagles. The Cows have a solid chance of finishing off the division undefeated.

Yeah I was gonna say, Foles was flat out bad that game. Really bad. The concussion was a great excuse to get him outta there. I wouldn't call Foles a backup QB at this point, though. He is the starter and will be going forward.

You're right that this is Eagles/Cowboys. It's a unique "relationship" to say the least. Dallas Cowboys is like a bad word around here, even to non-sports fans.

Foles has come a long way since that game, it was his true taste of a poor outing in League; and I like how he's responded and matured since then. I think the key for Foles in this game is not trying to do "too much" and try to win the game on every throw; instead just take what he's being given and march the ball down the field.

Really think Dallas is in shutdown mode, all their big names save Dez and Murray are down and they are really going to have to rally around their Back Ups with whatever cast they have left. I think they give a valiant effort but in the end fall something like 27-17. Will be the end of the Jason Garrett era... but Jerry Jones will just find his new "yes man" to put in place.

I like our chances without Romo.

Romo not playing really takes the luster off this game. I still think Dallas can win because Kyle Orton is probably the best backup QB in the game, but I hope Philly wins just because I don't want to see a Romo-less no defense Dallas team in the Playoffs.

Kyle Orton is the best backup in the game? He was benched for Tebow.
