They're going to lose this game too. Ben just got killed and it was his own fault.

Unreal the way they beat themselves over and over and over again against these awful teams.

Tennessee brought a similar aggressive strategy on defense against Baltimore last week, and it looks like it's really paying off this week. If you don't have a great secondary, might as well try to get the pass rush home.

I'm surprised Pittsburgh has seemingly abandoned the run so early, since they were having success. I hope this continues.

All the Derps on Primetime picked the Steelers. Kiss of death.

Re: Week 11 MNF: Pittsburgh Steelers(6-4) @ Tennessee Titans(2-7)

welp,if Pittsburgh loses out,I guess we'll see just how dedicated the Rooney family is.

This is absolutely pathetic, all these "bottom feeder" teams look like playoff teams against the Steelers....the Jets?...the Titans, the Bucs and to a degree the Jags?....LMAO.

Some interesting tidbits here....if change isn't made, then expect more of the same.....

See, here’s the problem: Tomlin takes losses like this in total isolation. Meaning he willfully, openly eliminates precedent when discussing what happens “this week” against “this opponent.” He loves to say, “I don’t live in the past. This year’s team is this year’s team.” And normally, that’s fine. But when the same issues arise year after year, whether it’s against the Raiders or Vikings or Buccaneers or now these Jets, it’s illogical beyond words not to weigh what’s come before.

Quote:
Whatever. That isn’t a big deal. Coaches will engage in coachspeak. And in this case, Tomlin should be delighted to distract, given that his teams are now 8-10 the past three seasons against opponents that had a losing record when they met. This one’s even more astonishing: Since 2012, Tomlin is 1-7 when playing on the road against teams that had a winning percentage below .200 when they met. That includes 0-3 in 2012 against the Raiders, Titans and Browns, 0-2 in 2013 against the Bengals and Vikings (in London) and 1-2 this year with a win over the Jaguars and now losses to the Ravens and Jets.

Rewinding further, Tomlin is 5-10 in such situations since 2009, 7-11 in his career.
Quote:
Tomlin’s got final say, but it’s Todd Haley who calls all offensive packages from the sideline. And yeah, it’s Haley who thought 94 points over two weeks called for some serious tinkering with the offense and a grand return of Sideways & Screens R Us.
