I don't know how i feel on this one. He had two feet down, but did not complete his turn with a third step making a football move. I think it stands as calls. Either way, they need to make specific lines on complete/incomplete.

The officials have completely lost control of this game... it's almost like a WWE match out there. If the ref didn't see it, then it didn't happen!
