Week 1: Detroit Lions (0-0) @ Indianapolis Colts (0-0)

It's time:

We are in a post-Megatron world.

Jim Caldwell - Looks like the nervous armored car driver transporting his largest and last delivery, suspicious his new partner might be up to something. Jay Cutler is his new partner.

Marvin Jones prediction: 14 catches, 267 yards, 5 TD.

I actually think the Lions could (read: but probably won't) win this one. Indy's secondary is trash.

This game should be pretty telling of how the season will go. We have a lot of toss up games this season since we face the AFC South and NFC East along with the Rams and Saints. This is one of the tougher games on the schedule imo. Gotta be able to beat someone like Indy if we want to sniff the playoffs this year.

Here's to hoping we're more like the second half of last season.

Also, I really liked Stafford and Jones' chemistry during the preseason. Hopefully that translates into the regular season.

If this defense is like any of the previous 8 years or so, Lions will be better suited pounding the rock and letting their running back have a career game sigh!

Looking like Vontae is out too, this could get ugly real ugly.
