Week 16: Minnesota Vikings (7-7) @ Green Bay Packers (8-6)

Hopefully this isn't the last home game at Lambeau this season. But if it is, let's treat this like it's the Super Bowl especially considering we're already in Playoff mode. A loss doesn't kill our chances but it definitely doesn't help and if we want to get in, we need to just take care of the things that we can control.

Rodgers didn't look too limited out there at Chicago and was still able to scramble around to pick up yards when necessary. Also said he'll be closer too 100% for this one than he was going into Chicago.

1:00pm start on FOX. Joe and Troy will be calling this one.

The Vikes have to be reeling, so, hopefully, they don't come in like a wounded bear.

Zimmer has always played the Packers well, but, let's hope this new revamped offense shreds the defense like Luck did.

No injury excuses here. Packers win this one 21-17 late in the fourth. Both teams D play very well. Packers move the ball better on offense. No offense to Bradford, but 70% completion doesn't do much unless 2 more things happen. First, the OC has to create better plays for the WRs to create confusion to even allow YAC and second, the WR need to make plays beyond catching the ball. If the OC can't see that this relentless dip and dunk plays aren't working and he doesn't adjust, how good of a coach could he be? Vikings trail 14-10 going into the fourth. Peterson busts a homerun touchdown, yet like plenty of game this year,*cough Lions cough*, a very good QB shreds the D in the closing seconds to win the game.

It's hard to build effective passing plays when your o-line is 5 turnstiles. You can draw up whatever you want, it's not going to work when there are defenders in the QBs face immediately.

Very true. It's hard to say hi this team could have performed without practice squad backups. We have gone through good starters to spot starters to guys who needed time on practice squad to become better but had potential to guys who were last resort street guys who didn't declare for the draft because they know they wouldnt be good enough. Probably would have been better off with real turnstiles. Man those cause some congestion.

If we can't get 3 sacks out of this game against that line, then it's gonna be a long day.
