Is it a touchback if he recovers the ball in the end zone?

He can't account for a Packers player not getting it first, I understand that. Just trying to get my rules right.

What about if a Packers player picks it up in the endzone? I think I've seen weird turnover/touchback/safety things happen there as well too, instead of touchdowns. I really can't remember.

EDIT: Maybe I have it backwards and am thinking of the Falcons getting it, after reading what you put below kehlis.

Turnovers are killers in games like these.

The Falcons offense is the best I've seen so far, bar none.
