Because Henne is worse.

Bortles wasn't the biggest problem yesterday. It was the whole offense. OL couldn't block, WRs couldn't catch the ball, and play calling was terrible.

When there are 9 guys in the box and you aren't throwing the ball, it's hard to do anything.

Bortles isn't great, but he is better than Henne.
