Well it's the stuff at the bottom of my post about him. Unfortunately he's become a victim of his own success. The Lions aren't just hoping for the playoffs anymore, they're expecting it. They're expecting to win in the playoffs too.

Personally, I like Caldwell, but I'm good either way. I would like us to move on from Jim Bob Cooter or at least for him to get us more deep pass attempts in games. Our offense became real predictable as the season went on. Run into a wall, throw short passes and hope they work, throw one play where the deep ball is the main target once a game. ****, we pulled out all the stops against the Packers today and hit a lot of big plays. But we didn't do that against Cincy and we were listless.

A lot of people feel like Caldwell is not the coach to get us over the hump. And to be honest, until he can get us a solid run game, I'm not 100% either. I think our roster only needs a few pieces to be pretty scary, but we still need coaches that put them into position to succeed.
