It’s lining up pretty clearly. Why wouldn’t you get the QB the head coach you just hired clearly wants? With Murray’s limited college resume, having someone who’s followed his career through high school doesn’t seem like a bad idea. How exciting for coach, player, and team if that all lines up.

Probably depends on if they get blown away in the combine by someone else and also whatever the market is for Josh Rosen. I’d be happy to trade a first round pick for him, though probably not higher then he was originally taken (10th, I believe).

I’m totally fine with the Cards taking Murray at 1, since that leaves Bosa at 2.
