Week 15 Discussion Thread

Pats, Titans, Cardinals, Cowboys, Packers, Rams and Bucs all have chances to clinch a playoff spot and/or Divisions this week.

We open up with Chiefs-Chargers on TNF and close out with Saints-Bucs and Vikings-Bears on SNF and MNF.

Also some interesting games this week with Bengals-Broncos, Packers-Ravens, Titans-Steelers and Pats-Colts, which will be playing on Saturday along with Raiders-Browns hopefully.

Re: Week 15 Discussion Thread

4 of 5 days with NFL football. Yeah boy!

Tonight’s game is big, Chiefs/Chargers. But I’m looking at Pats/Colts. As a Bills fan, not exactly sure how I want that to go as Colts are one spot ahead of us but Pats are in division and we play them next week with potential (if they lose Saturday and we win Sunday) to tie at 9-5 after Week 16 game. But honestly we just need to take care of business and CAR, NYJ, and ATL games need to be W’s. If we slip out of the playoff picture (Cincy looks threatening, and I refuse to give up on Cleveland), it’s 1000% on us and puts us in a weird position going forward of are we good enough to win with this makeup or do we need to make hard changes to sure up whatever has ailed us this year.

We control our own destiny for the playoffs but not the division. A Pats loss allows us to control it for the division as well, and Miami might not have anything to play for in week 18. This is likely the Pats' last chance at the extra loss we need.

All I want is the Steelers to show up before midway through the 3rd this week.

And I want Buffalo's guards to at least slow down rushers on their way to the QB

All three coordinators for the Bears are on the Covid list. This should be interesting, I’ve seen teams be fine without one coordinator but never all three

Re: Week 15 Discussion Thread

Tonight's the night the Chargers take the West and the Chiefs won't get it back, setting up for round 3 in January in LA.

Think they'll be too much offense for a limited defense that will sorely miss 3 of it's best players - Sneed, Gay and Jones.

If the Chiefs win, it'll be thanks to finally finding a running game, sustained successful drives to limit the Chargers offensive opportunities. The kind of gameplan the Chiefs usually have seen attempted against them. Maybe Melvin Ingram can have a successful revenge game, too.
