That's a tough way to die.

If I was Jeff, I would be looking into getting a gun so I could blast that piece of crap driver in the balls. The guy was speeding while carrying a lot oil. Also doesn't help that the guy has at least 10 driving citations since 2002.

This is a tragic story that could have been avoided.
