I'm trying to keep a level head, but I'm starting to get that playoff tingle...

I really hope they keep it up and make a run. It's starting to remind me of the movie Major League. Possibility of moving out of town, they go on a run to make the playoffs. I just hope they aren't peeling a section of clothes off of a picture of Lemieux after each win...

Ridiculous game tonight. Montreal had a nice comeback late in the 3rd, but it wasn't enough as the Pens won in the shootout.

Playoff atmosphere at the Igloo tonight.

One of the best games I've seen all year. Crosby continues to choke in the SO.
I think Fleury is still looking for his jock strap after Kovalev's deke.

It's obvious TSN doesn't have the game on any sort of delay. Ruttu was cussing and Pierre's mic picked up everything.

It looked like 30% of the crowd was wearing a Pens jersey.

Fleury was excellent tonight aside from that juke that Kovalev put on him in the shootout. Heck of a move.

Crosby has been poor in shootouts. This is the 2nd shootout in a row where I saw him lose the puck trying to make that last move. Christensen has been very strong though.

I thought the crowd was heavy with Pens fans. They've sold out almost every game since the rumors about moving the club. It's nice to see the city get behind the team more and the talk shows filled with Pens talk.

The Tribune Review also was stating today that a deal was close to happening.

From the sounds of it, it looks like it might get done....just a matter of time. I was pretty pessimistic about it happening before, but things seem to be looking up lately (at least according to the media guys on the talk show circuit).
