Going from watching the Avalanche this season to tonight's playoff games, the physicality seems to be on a whole different level

It is but the Avs are a team that rely heavily on speed and they've matched up well with physical teams throughout the year.

This Tampa-Montreal game is like a football game where there are a lot of interceptions and every single one goes the other way for a pick-6.

Seems to be the M.O for every major league team here except for baseball, run a fast tempo to tire out the other team and finish strong.
