Lots and lots of talk this weekend about how toxic the Montreal dressing room is.
'Insiders' are saying PK is one of the more prominent cancerous cells and will most likely be dealt this Summer.

I'd love to hear from someone who has watched and followed the Habs closely this year.
Is this true? Or is it Habs management trying to plant stories so they're not murdered by fans when they deal him?

I know I'd love to have #76 in a Wings uniform.

Leafs sign Kadri and Rielly to 6 year contracts.
Kadri got 4,5M AAV, Rielly got 5M AAV. Kadri is signed for 4 UFA years, while Rielly for 2.

And Rielly deal will be a base for a lot of deals this summer, Lindholm, Trouba, Ristolainen, Jones. Some of them should get more, but most of the deals should be really close, in my opinion only Lindholm was noticeably better than Rielly, and even he was not that much.

Probably also for Vatanen, Krug, Barrie, despite that this guys are older and closer to UFA.

I think we will worry about it when we come there. But you and I know that he is #2C at the moment, so that is good deal.

I still believe that he will be able to produce better next year, I love this deal, it is much cheaper than I thought it will be.

From a Jets perspective,now that Reilly has signed his extension, I think Trouba signs for a similar term/amount, which I have no issue with.

On the other hand, I think Kadri's deal will effect the Scheifle negotiations and I don't think either one is worth 4.5M/yr.

Once Little went down, Sheifle's production went into another gear.
I think he's closer to $4.5M than Kadri is - who I believe is a 50-point guy under the very best circumstances.
I think Sheifle is capable of 70+ points and being a true #1 centre.

I think that they are both worth 4.5M. I mean, I think people are forgetting that usually it is 100k for 1 point, so I think that Kadri is actually underpaid.

And I agree, Scheifele looked like proper #1C after Little's injury. If Jets can get him signed to the similar contract as Kadri signed, that is for 6years, but probably around 5,5M, that would be great contract for them.
