Islanders sweep Pens (They did have home ice, but beating/sweeping Pens was still a surprise)
Canes/Caps tied 2-2
Leafs/Bruins tied 2-2

Lower seed Avs up 3-1 on Flames
Lower seed Blues up 3-2 on Jets
Preds/Stars tied
Lower seed Vegas up 3-1 on Sharks

Whatever the call on the ice was, that's likely what the replay would've agreed with.

Hyman did bump into Rask, but likely reasoning is that Rask wouldn't have gotten to the puck without the bump.

Sure, Leafs might have gotten away with one, but for all the ridiculous they've faced over past few years when its come to replays(theres been league wide debates stemming from some leafs reviews), it's about time they got one in their favor.

And besides, Leafs winning means Marchand and Bruins don't, so even if you dont like leafs, theres a positive for you.


Cant believe Leafs have a 3-2 series lead! 15 years since they've been in this position. Chance to win series on home ice! Sunday afternoon is sure to be a crazy one.

As happy as I am with Leafs win, just saw the ridiculous stat. Bruins average about 10PIM during season. Only averaging 5 in playoffs. How is that possible!? Refs letting them get away with so much.

Leafs are at their NHL low season average, but Bruins number is laughable. Big bad Bruins are suddenly disciplined? Change the whistle and get a fair gm6. Bruins road PK is one of worst in NHL. Give them penalties they deserve, let them suffer.
