Interesting note. Sounds like if Leafs vs Habs goes to a 6th game, Habs want fans there for gm6.

Leafs won't have fans for their entire playoffs, but would be interesting to see if Habs are actually allowed fans for gm6. Hopefully the Leafs can win the series before then.

That was fun. Nerve-wracking, but fun.

Someone tell me ESPN/TNT won't be picking up Pierre McGuire for their coverage.

Actually...if they dont, TSN probably takes him back, so you guys can have him.

5 Blues players including Binnington and Tarasenko not at morning skate, then Blues GM Armstrong puts out this statement:

"We have discovered discrepancies in Covid test results relating to multiple players. We have been in touch with and are working with the League to address these discrepancies with additional testing and expect to have further information later this afternoon.

The League will provide a further update when we have more information. Head Coach Craig Berube and our players will not be available to the media until after tonight's game."

Oh boy.....

Edit: NHL statement - this apparently impacts the Knights as well as the Blues -

So Binnington, Tarasenko and and anyone else who didn't do the morning skate are probably good. I'm not sure where this leaves Perron, though.

2-0 COL after 1 and this is ugly again (as ugly as a game of that score can be, I guess). Avs outshooting STL 19-6.

I'm genuinely surprised at how lopsided this is on the scoreboard and just in how the level of play looks. The games the Blues lost to the Avs this year weren't blowouts except for the 8-0 blasting in the 2nd game of the year. Perron would not make this much difference if he was out there.

Binnington has been strong again, but he can only do so much.

What happened in Jets vs Oilers?

33 shots for Oilers vs 22 for the Jets, and Oilers lose that game. McDavid didnt even get on scoresheet.

Hoping it's not a sign of things to come tomorrow.

This city will lose its mind if the Habs win gm1, and will implode bigger than ever if the Leafs lose the series.
