Correct, the games affected will be the games that were only available on streaming or the overflow channels. They will still show games on the various NBC networks.

Slightly more to it because those other games were shown on overflow channels, not just the app.

This will really only cause a minor inconvenience for fans of teams like Liverpool/Chelsea/United/Arsenal etc. During the whole season I think Chelsea only had like 3-4 games on those overflow channels.

It really screws people who support teams further down the table, and even teams like Tottenham/Everton have a decent amount of their games shown on those overflow channels.
