Winter break in February starting 19-20 official. FA Cup replays after the 4th round are gone as well. And starting this year the EFL cup will go straight to penalties after 90 minuets and revert back to alternating chances.

The ABBA penalty format was stupid, glad they nixed it.

Don’t forget they did implement their own separate transfer window in the summer so they’re not completely out of the woods yet.

I mean, reverting the penalty format is pretty dumb as well.

People didn't like the ABBA format because they felt it made it less tense, but literally all statistical evidence has it objectively better than the traditional format.

Team going first had like a 64% win rate. The reason for the change to ABBA was fairness, the reason for the change back is ?????

Anyway, these are pretty good changes. Also, I still have 100% faith in the FA's incompetence.
