Also, just wait for the next couple of years to judge how the media treats Klopp. This season is the tipping point. It'll start. The thing the media hates most is being made look dumb. If he doesn't win anything after they've been pumping him up, you'll see it.
Lmao that's fair as well, definitely wouldn't expect a Liverpool fan to like Jose in any way.

Anyway, I suppose you're right about Klopp but we will see. I've been watching the Prem a long time and I don't think I've ever seen the media completely turn on Liverpool before. Not saying it can't happen of course.

Although, even if it did happen, there's just no way Klopp would get the same amount of crap Jose does.

As he shouldn’t because he is at least pleasant with them more than 0% of the time.

Jose won’t make it past December unless United starts off on an absolute heater.

Oh for sure, but he also has no reason not to be pleasant since the media is always nice to him. Jose on the other hand has no reason to be nice to them because they are never nice to him.

Also something to keep in mind, a huge part of the reason the media acts the way it does toward Jose is because he has been one of the most vocal managers in calling out the press on their nonsense.

They make stuff up, he calls them out on it, so then they double down and make up more stuff while calling HIM out. It's a cycle that doesn't look like it has an end, but it's definitely not just all on Jose.

In case you were unaware The Athletic now has coverage of the top six in the EPL, and has been rapidly expanding their soccer coverage in general. I subscribed earlier in the year, and enjoy almost all of the content produced on the website. If you're a big American sports fan outside of soccer, there's much more in it for you as well.

If you don't like reading... well... I got nothin for you then
