Sorry Rich, looks like your strategy of waiting until after qualifying to make your selection isn't going to pay off this week. Tough break for Montoya though, he had a good car.

Well, bluegold's curse didn't work as Jimmie Johnson won. JPM blew up, Kahne spun and damaged the right front corner and splitter requiring him to spend a few laps in the garage repairing it. Dale Jr. busted a rear axle on a pit stop and had to go to the garage to fix it.
