Week 5

Can not express how frustrated I am. Could not stop Notre Dame's offense. Every time they got the ball they would run a hurry up offense and dominate. Tried zone defense, man defense, blitz packages, nothing could stop them. I go up by 3 with a huge FG, 1:16 left in the game. They activate the "Light a Fire" and "Clutch" BS and drive down the field like they were playing against a pee wee football team. I have 31 seconds for a rebuttal. Complete a huge pass that puts me close to the 30 yard line about to score with 24 seconds and 2 time outs left. Throw an interception.

couple of recruiting questions

1. ive got several guys that either the computer or the previous coach offered scholorships that i dont want. ive taken them off the board but im not sure if that stops them, from signing on this game or not

2. what happens with the mysterious recruits that sign out of nowhere after off season recruiting is over

You can cut them in the off season, it just might mess you up since only 25 guys can accept a scholarship. Commish asks that you only recruit the amount of departing seniors + 3 additional players. This might not be an exact possibility for you year 1 since you took over late. If you don't want someone just ignore them the rest of the season and hope another team takes over, but again you can always cut them in the offseason if that doesn't work.

End of month is crazy for me at work so won't be able to get it in before 9 tomorrow. No big deal if you need to advance, but I should be off around 9 and can play afterward. But seriously just sim it if I havent played yet.
